Acceleration in Italy
Italy remains the country with the lowest growth rate of the Eurozone but is also the one that records the most upward revisions of the estimates. The GDP of the current year could mark + 1.3%, according to the Italian “Confindustria Research Center”, which also indicates an acceleration of exports and investments. The signals instead coming from the employment front and the decline in public debt are not positive. They are too slow and need more time to change the trend. These data point to an evolution in the confidence of consumers and companies, including construction companies.
The geopolitical tensions are decreasing.
From the point of view of investment, summer is the most delicate season, in fact trade decreases and leaves room for volatility. It is believed that summer 2017 is dedicated to stability, favouring the decline of geopolitical tensions. But thanks to quotes from different titles we are advised not to become inattentive.
