Fiscal bonus on the purchase of the first home

The stability pact of 2016 introduces important news  for all those who buy the first home taking advantage of the fiscal bonus and afterwards wish to purchase a second property without selling the first one and without losing the fiscal bonus. To maintain the bonus the first property has to be sold within one year from the date of the notarial deed. A great advantage considering that until December, 31th 2015, the owner had to sell the first property before buying the second one.
