According to the Executive Order 78/2010 public and private documents, transfer of properties and not only must have the cadastral identification, the planimetries and the declaration of conformity issued by the owner or by a qualified technician for the update of cadastral documents.

Excluded properties are grounds, country houses censused in the land register, not yet finished structures or buildings still under construction, ruins, terraced roofs, city areas and at the end non censusable common properties.

The notary is obliged to check the conformity of cadastral results and property registers, not only for consistency, but also to make sure that the owner of the property corresponds to the cadastral registers.
