Villaggio Marco Polo, realized in the years 1997 and 1998, is composed of 100 independent row houses in the centre of an elegant and modern tourist area in a green location. It is very close to city and the spa centre of Bibione Spiaggia and about 650m from the beach which is easily accessible thanks to a cycle-pedestrian path in the green. Inside the village there are swimming-pools for adults and children, an outdoor playground and indoor playing-room and the animation team of the family club entertains the families holidays. Each house has a private garden  with barbecue and is modern and elegantly furnished. Equipped with air-conditioning and heating system the houses are complete of every accessory (microwave oven, TV, hair dyer and safe).
