The latest surveys ordered by the real estate companies show a property market which moves towards a normal situation: in the first nine months of 2009 the prices of the premises in the holiday resorts of Lignano and Bibione keep remaining stable. This means that the market is safe and therefore not subjected to speculation. This trend can be referred both to commercial and living units. The dealers have the impression, that confidence in buying building by the sea, has been steadly increasing since October 2009. Infact the reduction of interest rate and the large variety of offers, incite all who have postponed to purchase an house by the sea so far, to save and invest now the money in an inflation- proof, profitable and secure rental. The estate scenario report reveals that the European property market crisis is going to the end, while the first economic recovery signs, are coming up. From June 2009 more activities, visits, and interest have been observed. Moreover remarkable changes in purchase behaviours are visible: infact second hand market requests step up and the preference for a specific area is no more essential. Other offers of premises with private garden and pool are also taken in consideration and particularly appreciated is the closeness to the means of transport which have to guarantee the best connection not only to the beach but also to commercial and pedestrian areas.
