Quality Management
The quality management of the real estate agency Agenzia D’Affari Europa constitutes a part of the strategical management of its organization.
The certification SGQ in accordance with the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 is an absolutely voluntary action from Agenzia D’Affari Europa and it is shown that this certification is very relevant for its clients and for important national and international investors.
For achieving such results the agency includes all staff members with the intention to spread the mentality of constant improvement by means of the quality system.
The main result the company wants to achieve is the maximum customer satisfaction with regard to services, efficiency, promptly acting, prices, constant reliability and to its image.

For achieving these results Agenzia D’Affari Europa realized and introduced a quality system (SGQ) in conformance to the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and therefore it was certificated.
The agency’s general manager has to guarantee the realization of appropriate internal communication processes with regard to the target settings and the level of the quality system while reaching the company’s requirements.
The internal communication is very important, because it is the way to know better the customers and their needs, but also to identify operating procedures, their characteristics and their strengths and weaknesses. Therefore appropriate staff meetings according to the procedure PG05 will be held advised by the responsible of the quality system or ordered by the general manager.
The above-stated quality management and its objectives are communicated to the organization by appropriate staff meetings; the responsible quality manager (RAQ) has to provide until this system will be known and understood by every member of the organization.
A photocopy of the quality management is put up together with the organigram in the agency.
